Having used disposable razors for the first 15 years of my shaving life, I was forced to purchased a Mach 3 since no disposable razors happened to be available. I was surprised to find that the metal handle, and above all the fact that it has a sort of s-bend curve before the blade attachment makes for a very dynamically-stable shave. The s-curve at the end of the Mach 3, which somehow effects the way that force is applied, rather than the fact that it has 3 rather blades, justifies for me the extra extra expense compared to disposable razors. To this the "M3 Power" adds an in-handle vibrator which makes one sweep of the blade that much more effective, requiring less sweeps and a shorter sweep to cut which is especially useful on the top lip, and produces a closer...
